Hours of Work: 8-430 Days Of Week: M-F Work Shift: 8X5 Day (United States of America) Job Description: Job Title: Clinical Senior Project Leader (Entity) Job Summary: - Category A: Support Services - Job Purpose: Assist and collaborate with the Quality Director in propelling positive change and an environment of excellence in clinical quality, patient safety, and customer service. Instrumental in planning, designing, deploying, and diffusing clinical quality improvement initiatives throughout the organization in order to drive successful change. - FLSA: Exempt - Supports the mission, vision, values and strategic goals of Methodist Health System. Education: - Bachelor degree in Nursing required, Master’s degree in healthcare related field preferred. - Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing. Licenses and/or Certification: - Texas RN License - Current certification in performance improvement preferred; Certification as LSSBB, PMP, MHS Silver Fellow, CPHQ, CPPS, or equivalent required within 18 months of hire.
