Apprenticeship Recruitment Co-ordinator Application Deadline: 7 May 2026: Department: Employer Engagement: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Cross College (Maidstone & Gillingham) Reporting To: Becky Farley: Compensation: £28,625 - £33,063 / year Description: Support positive and productive stakeholder relationships with businesses in Medway, Maidstone and surrounding areas for the purpose of generating new apprenticeship opportunities to support the ambitious growth of this provision within the College. Responsible providing proactive advertisement of apprenticeship employment opportunities, sourcing, matching potential trainees / apprentices to employer opportunities in the local area, working with curriculum colleagues to identify students looking to progress into apprenticeships at the end of their full-time courses and attracting new students for apprenticeships at College recruitment events.
