Lead Bird Mover Full Time - Hourly: At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package. The base hiring pay for this role is $21.80 per hour. - Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa. - Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer. - Must be 18 years of age or older Job Responsibilities: - Assist the supervisor by training, developing & instructing group of employees who load birds (bird crew) - Assist with all implementation and enforcement of all company and departmental rules, policies, and programs. - Perform all tasks efficiently while attaining standard, or better, results. - Complete all required paperwork. - Other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Minimum Qualifications: Must possess a valid class D driver's license. - Ability to work with minimal supervision. - No more than 1 moving violation in last 12 months, or no more than 2 moving violations in last 36 months. - No DWI offenses in last 12 months, or no more than 1 DWI offense in last 36 months - Able to lift up to 50 lbs. - Able to follow bio security guidelines. - Ability to work a varied schedule (to incl...
