WORK LOCATION: San Luis Obispo, CA FLSA STATUS: Exempt: S ALARY RANGE: The anticipated salary range for this role is $88,000 to $112,000 annually. This range reflects a good faith estimate based on the targeted level for the role and typical compensation benchmarks across U.S. locations. Actual compensation may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, geographical location, and internal alignment. SUMMARY: The Quality Engineer is an experienced level position requiring a minimum of 3 years in one or more of the following areas: Electronic Components, Battery Assemblies, Configuration Management, Supplier Management, Audits, Inspection techniques (non-destructive, electronics, mechanical), or Manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include designing quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, developing quality control systems/control plans, process FMEA and determining corrective actions. Knowledge of ISO 9001 / AS9100 Standard.
