Responsible for servicing all plumbing throughout the property. Contribute to a safe work environment, through compliance with established safety guidelines, identifying potential safety hazards, and reporting same to the appropriate person for proper resolution. Maintain a professional departmental, company and community reputation. Perform preventative maintenance activities, inspections and procedures on assigned plumbing systems, as documented and required. Adjust, lay-out and plumb approved additions. Read and follow drawings accurately in order to complete the assigned responsibilities. Assist in training fellow employees. Install, clean and repair water feeds and drain lines. Assist in the training of fellow employees in the Plumbing trade. Maintain spare parts par levels. Maintain the cleanliness and safekeeping of any storage area, control room, operations room or other identified area or frequented to complete the assigned duties and tasks.
