Job description

Upon being hired for this position, you will enter a Probationary status, working up to 40 hours per week. Upon completion of the probationary period, you could become benefit eligible. Qualifications: - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the Williamsburg Lodge Hotel. - Escort guests to their hotel rooms and assist with their luggage, using a baggage cart when necessary. Inform guests about the following: - (1) hotel services available to guests - (2) use of television - (3) room temperature controls - (4) hotel evacuation routes - (5) Answer guest questions about the Williamsburg Lodge and Colonial Williamsburg - Provide transportation for hotel guests to Colonial Williamsburg restaurants, attractions, and other on property locations, then return them to the hotel. - Provide ice service upon request. - Offer assistance to doorkeepers as needed. - In accordance with Colonial Williamsburg insurance requirements, applicants must be 21 years of age. - Must possess a valid Commonwealth of Virginia driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record based on The Colonial Williamsburg criteria. - Must be able to provide a 5-year Motor Vehicle Record prior to employment - Must...
