We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Behavioral team, responsible for turning raw customer signals into meaningful marketing triggers. This team builds the behavioral intelligence layer of our platform, systems that detect patterns in customer activity and inactivity (such as cart abandonment, price drops, or loyalty milestones) and translate them into automated messaging opportunities. This is a hands-on, player-coach role that blends technical leadership with people leadership. You’ll guide a team of engineers while staying close to architecture and system design, helping build scalable systems that process high-volume event data and power real-time marketing decisions.
