As a key point of contact for prospective residents, you will assist with leasing inquiries, tours, applications, and general resident relations. This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals interested in gaining experience in property management, real estate, or student housing operations. Key Responsibilities: Leasing & Tours: Conduct property tours for prospective residents, showcasing available units and community features. Provide detailed information on leasing terms, rental rates, and apartment features. Assist in responding to leasing inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
