Job Title: Frontend Developer – AEC/BIM Platforms Location: Hybrid (3 days remote), Toronto, Canada Experience: 5 to 7 Years Rate: 46 to 52 CAD PH Role Summary: NearSource is looking for a Frontend Developer – AEC/BIM Platforms to contribute to a next-generation dynamic user interface platform focused on construction project intelligence. The role involves building modular, data-driven UI components that integrate with 3D building visualization, knowledge graphs, and real-time project data. The selected candidate will collaborate with product and UX research teams to develop interactive interfaces that adapt to real-time construction site events and user roles for enterprise-grade demonstration platforms.
