Closing Date: 05 May 2026: The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Assistant/Associate to join our interdisciplinary team tackling critical challenges in antimicrobial resistance (AMR). This exciting role is part of an MRC-funded project investigating the epidemic potential of key human gastrointestinal pathogens. This part-time position will be based at the School of Engineering at Newcastle University, aiming on developing models to predict AMR/transmission for epidemic preparedness and to identify biomarkers for diagnostic and therapy.
