MANAGER, TALENT ACQUISITION: The Opportunity: We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to build and lead a disciplined, scalable recruiting function across our operating companies. This is not a traditional recruiting role. This is a build-and-transform opportunity—designed for a leader who can bring structure to a decentralized environment, elevate hiring standards, and create a proactive, pipeline-driven Talent Acquisition model. You will play a critical role in moving the organization from reactive hiring to strategic talent planning, while partnering closely with business leaders to ensure hiring supports both immediate needs and long-term growth.
