Job Summary As a Lead Analyst , supporting the Eligibility Operations Product Line you will have accountability for client/vendor implementation projects, be responsible to build the strategy, define requirements, and drive execution. This includes managing all aspects of project delivery, roadmap development, research, data analysis, testing and ensuring customer/stakeholder satisfaction. You will work with a team of talented IT Project Management Lead Analysts, Advisors and Sr. Advisors. Our aim is to be a SME on the product and relevant processes, influence standards/best practices, and improve overall efficiency and effectiveness. The right candidate for this role should be able to solve problems, communicate effectively, and utilize technical skills as well as business acumen. The candidate should be self-driven, agile in learning new tools/processes, and be a trusted collaborative advisor throughout the implementation of the project.
