Job Summary: Create the Starbucks experience for Food City shoppers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. Qualifications: - Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times in support of the company mission to “Run the Best Store in Town!” - Take customer orders, ensure orders are completed in a timely manner, and to the customers’ satisfaction - Prepare, bagging, pouring, and stocking Starbucks products, rotating items to ensure product quality and safety. - Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and fellow associates. - Engage with customer, offering product information, using suggestive selling techniques, and sampling products. - Process cash register transactions using POS system. - Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. - Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote the culture, values, and the mission of both Food City and Starbucks. - Consistently operate and tools and equipment, following all routine and safety procedures. - Follow company food safety prog...
