Department: 09121 AMG Chicago Irving and Western - Building Operations Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Hours: - Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:00pm ( required 1 late night on a weekday from 11:30am-8:00pm) - Required Weekends- 730am-4:00pm (typically one weekend on a 5 week rotation; Saturday & Sunday) - Required Holidays 7:30am-4:00pm (rotating schedule, typically 2-3 Holidays per year) Additional Information: - Spanish speaker, preferred. - PSR rotate coverage in a large variety of specialties and our Immediate Care - This is a very busy office that requires detailed multi-tasking to meet numerous goals. - Some goals consist of the following: site of service scheduling, Registration/Appointment request WorkQues, Outreach for Chronic management documentation (CMD) list, Medicare Wellness and additional measures.
