Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next challenge? Do you want to play a key role in shaping culture and supporting people development? We’re looking for an HR Advisor to join our GXO operation supporting Segen at our site in Medway, Rochester . You’ll provide hands‑on support across all aspects of HR and employee relations, partnering closely with operational managers to ensure a consistent, positive and legally compliant approach to people practices. This is a full‑time, permanent role , working Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 (37.5 hours per week) , with some flexibility in hours. Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary between £30,000–£34,000 , and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) .
