The position is responsible for investigating alleged company C ode of C onduct violations, fraud /waste/abuse , conflicts of interest, supplier diversion , and other Code of Conduct or general business practice violations . Corporate Investigators provide day-to-day contributions to open investigations by working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to investigate and determine potential fraud, code of conduct or business practices violations. The key responsibilities for the role include: - Develop or determine the investigative steps to be completed , which vary by case - Use investigative techniques to determine, identify, gather and review detailed evidence to come to the correct investigative conclusion based on facts - Execute investigations in a thorough manner, addressing and concluding on the alleged policy violation(s) i...
