Oracle CX Delivery Architect

JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle CX Delivery Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of Oracle CX solutions, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) cloud modules. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure that customer experience solutions align with business goals and are implemented successfully across all phases of delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle CX cloud implementations (Sales, Service, Marketing, CPQ). - Design scalable, integrated solutions leveraging Oracle CX suite and related applications (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, Fusion Middleware, Oracle ERP Cloud). - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, define business processes, and recommend optimal Oracle CX solutions. - Create technical architecture documents, solution blueprints, and integration strategies. - Provide strategic guidance, lead, and drive rapid customer adoption of multi-cloud platforms. - Act as a technical/functional authority in Oracle CX and provide architectural governance for delivery projects...
