About the Team Pathfinder Career Academy of Ohio is an online public school for students in grades 6–12 that focuses on career exploration and college preparation. Our unique framework allows students to discover their interests through engaging activities before choosing a specialized high school major aligned with state standards. We are currently seeking a Student Success Coach , who manages the delivery and implementation of onboarding, core interventions, and support services for assigned students in accordance with Student Services initiatives and guidelines. Serves as the primary contact for new students and families, communicating frequently and addressing questions or concerns to ensure a strong start to school. This role also provides oversight of educational interventions and supports to targeted student populations to assist with increased engagement, student learning outcomes, and successful completion of school (or grade level standards). Please note – while this is an online school position and all instruction occurs virtually, travel and face to face attendance will be required several times per year to support in person state testing and student events.
