Company : Vaillant Ltd Location : Derby-GBR, Belper-GBR Country : United Kingdom (GB) Brand : Vaillant Contract type : Permanent Working time : Full-time What we achieve together: - Create a monthly supply plan for certain products, considering production capacities, market requirements (demand plan), current order situation, inventory situation and inventory targets. - Ensure product availability is correct for sales companies and avoid customer backlogs. Weekly coordination of the production mix with the production scheduler, considering capacity situation in the plant and current order situation. Adjust orders in SAP depending on the weekly plan. Develop countermeasures with plant and NSCs in case of availability issues. - Cooperate closely with the sales support teams to be up to date on current and expected developments and to smooth out production whilst maintaining the supply planning relevant master data in SAP R/3 and in SAP IBP. - Monthly preparation and implementation of the S&OP meeting, in which the NSCs are informed about the future supply situation. - Close cooperation with the production scheduler to ensure that the supply plan can be carried out at the factory and...
