As Adoption & Experience becomes a strategic growth lever for the Workday Practice, we need senior leaders who can shape how adoption is delivered at scale—not just on individual projects, but across regions, offerings, and client portfolios. The Senior Principal Consultant exists to raise the bar and multiply impact; defining standards, influencing stakeholders, and embedding experience-led adoption as a non-negotiable part of Workday success. The Senior Principal Consultant is a recogni s ed regional authority in Adoption & Experience. You will lead complex and visible engagements, influence stakeholders at all levels, and act as a practice multiplier—shaping offers, guiding junior consultants, and ensuring A&E consistently delivers measurable business value. Key Responsibilities ​: Own adoption strategy for large-scale and/or multi-phase Workday programs, ensuring alignment to business case outcomes and long-term value reali s ation. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels on adoption risk, readiness, and ROI—using insight, data, and pattern recognition from prior engagements.
