Position Summary The Medical Equipment Specialist II plays a key role in coordinating the delivery, service, and maintenance of home medical equipment to ensure patients receive timely, high-quality support. This position works closely with delivery technicians, warehouse staff, and patient care teams to manage equipment scheduling, inventory, and preventative maintenance while ensuring compliance with manufacturer and regulatory standards. The specialist also helps maintain operational efficiency by coordinating service requests, supporting staff training, monitoring equipment inventory, and ensuring an exceptional patient and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Delivery & Service Coordination: Coordinate scheduling of equipment deliveries, pickups, and service calls to ensure timely patient service. Communicate new setups and pickup requests to delivery and service technicians. Assist with in-home equipment deliveries when needed.
