Job description

The NFR Global Business and Support team team is part of the CRO / NFR domain, focusing on second line oversight of global business lines and support functions from an NFR perspective. Professionals in this team ensure consistent implementation of the NFR framework and policies, across Operational Risk and IT Risk across multiple business areas. Their work directly impacts ING’s ability to manage IT risks globally and supports strategic initiatives and is crucial in identifying actionable insights and supporting ING’s broader risk management goals. Specific Function: The IT Risk Expert leads on the second line challenge to first line stakeholders, predominantly in the IT domain. The role supports the Head of NFR Global Business & Support in overseeing the implementation of the NFR framework across all global domains of ING (WB, RB, GT, BSF etc), by ensuring that all global business lines and support functions have fully implemented the NFR Framework, especially in complex initiatives such as MBB-led projects.
