Healthcare Operations Coordinator

Job description

Overview The Healthcare Operations Coordinator works under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, or above, to assist in day-to-day coordination of operational activities supporting clinical service delivery. The Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the HealthCare Delivery Operation Manager, or above, as well as other management team members as requested. The Coordinator will assist with tracking, monitoring and controlling business processes, reviewing invoices, tracking service-related data, monitoring deliverables and participating in special projects in alignment with organizational goals. The Healthcare Operations Coordinator may also be responsible for scheduling meetings and supporting leadership with other administrative needs.
