Rogers Group is seeking a Paving Equipment Operator based out of Greer, SC. candidates will need to be familiar and experienced in operating equipment such Pavers, Rollers, Skid Steers and other related equipment. Job Responsibilities: Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency. Perform daily pre-and post- inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies. Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management. Qualifications: An uncompromising focus on safety excellence. A minimum of 1-2 years of asphalt paving experience is preferred.
