Job Title Field Service Technician - Patient Care Informatics - Pais Vasco Job Description: Field Service Engineer, Patient Care Informatics – Pais Vasco As a Field Service Engineer, you will provide technical support for Philips solutions, including installations, upgrades, preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and related activities at customer sites in locations across the Pais Vasco. Your role: You will be primarily supporting Pais Vasco region Provide remote and on-site technical support to implementation and project teams. Work closely with Healthcare Information Systems implementation teams during deployment and post go-live, including integration activities, third-party device connectivity, and data exploitation. Act as technical lead for small to medium implementations, managing technical escalations and ensuring timely resolution. Perform remote monitoring, manage alerts, open incident tickets, and drive incident resolution while maintaining clear customer communication, accurate documentation, and compliance with Philips work practices and health & safety guidelines.
