Vice President, Operations - Carrollton Department: Service - Service Management: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: United States/Carrollton, TX: Reporting To: SVP, Manufacturing and Operations Compensation: $165,000 - $180,000 / year Description: The Vice President, Carrollton Operations is responsible for managing Repair Center, Parts Planning, and Service Parts Distribution operations for the North America region. This includes facility operations, balancing productivity, quality, and safety and building and managing the necessary business infrastructure to ensure supply‑chain operations run smoothly and within budget. The VP Operations is responsible for implementing industry best practices across the supply chain—including order fulfillment, timely and accurate product receipt, exceptional inventory control, efficient reverse logistics, and high‑quality/efficient repair operations—while optimizing end‑to‑end business processes.
