Summary: Overall successful management the applicant screening and selection process under the direction of the Human Resource Director. Identifying future hiring needs and sourcing candidates through various databases and networking platforms. Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
