Description Summary: In service of CalArts’ newly reaffirmed mission, values, and Strategic Framework, the Office of the President seeks to employ an Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA) Administrative Coordinator under the Institute Diversity Office and newly launched IDEA Cooperative. The Institute aspires to become a leader that the world looks to when it comes to advancing inclusive artistic practice, artistic study, and anti-racist cultural production, and the work of the IDEA Cooperative is essential to this reality. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a demonstrated ability to multitask, in a fast-paced environment on matters requiring discretion and in some cases maintaining privilege. They will possess organizational skills, and the ability to maintain balance while managing multiple and potentially changing priorities.
