The Head of Group Accounting plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial reporting across ITG’s global operations. This role is responsible for consolidating group financial results, managing statutory reporting requirements, and supporting senior leadership with insightful financial analysis. The Head of Group Accounting is a key contributor to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and systems, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Group Consolidation & Reporting: - Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation process across multiple entities and jurisdictions. - Prepare and deliver timely and accurate consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS. - Own the group reporting timetable and ensure all deadlines are met.
