POSITION SUMMARY: The Cage Supervisor is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. They are also responsible for assisting the Cage Manager in the successful operation of the Cage. Responsibilities include performing and overseeing cash transactions and Caesars Rewards transactions. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following statements are intended as general examples of the duties of this position and are not all-inclusive. Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, operating systems, company policies and procedures, marketing plans, and employee and guest information Responsible for the supervision and performance of the Cage and employees during the shift. Evaluate employees on job performance Issues players cards for new and existing accounts while explaining benefits and other related perks associated with Caesars Rewards Create a clean, safe, friendly, and fun atmosphere for all guests and employees Ensure compliance with all company standard operating procedures, gaming regulations, and federal regulations (Title 31 compliance) Review staffing levels to maintain proper customer service levels Delegate authori...
