This role is perfect for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and working closely with teams to improve ERP (Infor Visual) systems. Key Responsibilities: - Provide 1st and 2nd line ERP support, resolving tickets in a timely manner. - Troubleshoot ERP issues, analyze processes, and replicate problems for resolution. - Use TSQL to analyze ERP issues, generate report datasets, and create reports (SSRS, Excel) and maintain backups. - Ability to learn new ERP modules and proactively suggest improvements. - Manage ERP user roles, security settings, and system confi...
