Description Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health This position requires an active State Physical Therapist license. Applicants without a PT license will not be considered. Position Details: HTS is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis to cover home health patients in Frankfort, Indiana and surrounding counties. In this role, you’ll work with residents either in their individual homes or onsite in our partner senior living facilities on an as needed, basis. Growth into a part time or full time position is possible!
