We are seeking a skilled Machinist (2nd shift) professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Stafford, Texas location, you will have a strong understanding of machine tools and manufacturing processes. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Responsible for the fabrication of fixtures, jigs, brackets and other parts, including welding, grinding, tapping, forming, deburring, and inspection for conformance to requirements. Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and clean and orderly and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects. - Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts machine, within capabilities, controls or control media as required to insure quality or production.
