About the Role: Montecito Bank & Trust is offering a paid part-time Human Resources Internship in our Human Resources Department. As a Human Resources Intern, you will deliver a World Class Experience by supporting the Human Resources department. This intern will work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with all members of the Human Resources team as well as other Bank Departments as needed. You will be located in Santa Barbara, CA with a fully on-site work schedule.
