Associate Director - Join Lehigh University's Investment Team Lehigh University seeks an experienced investment professional to serve as Associate Director, supporting our Chief Investment Officer in managing our substantial Long Term Portfolio, including endowment and operating assets that fuel our mission of academic excellence. About the Opportunity: This senior-level position will support the Chief Investment Officer (“CIO”), who oversees the day-to-day implementation and monitoring of the Long Term Portfolio. The team is responsible for recommending asset allocation policy changes; selecting, monitoring, and terminating investment managers; identifying investment opportunities; measuring the performance of individual managers, asset classes, and the overall portfolio; reporting results to the Investment Committee; and meeting regularly with investment managers to review results, exposures, and portfolio activity.
