Overview POSITION TITLE (Oracle title): TIMS TECHNICIAN WORKING TITLE: TIMS Technician SCHOOL/DEPARTMENT: Transportation: LOCATION: Rock Quarry Rd. Office Complex, Raleigh, NC PAY GRADE: Noncertified Grade 23: FLSA STATUS: Nonexempt: ELIGIBILITY FOR EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT: No: WORK WEEK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday (occasional evenings and weekends) Position is not available for a Hybrid Telework workweek POSITION PURPOSE: Compiles data from multiple sources to process the daily student extract download, the ECATS (Every Child Accountability and Tracking System) transportation report data, and Cherwell request for the EC routing transportation staff. Performs review of ECATS trans tab and the IEP (Individualized Education Plan) accommodation to ensure the accuracy of the data received and reports any discrepancies. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs) Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Access; Google Apps; Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills; Critical thinking and problem solving skills; Ability to complete complex tasks and minimize errors with attention to detail; Ability to coordinate and compl...
