Description Job Summary: The Technical Supervisor provides direction and oversight across engineering, quoting and quality functions in our manufacturing division. This position is responsible for ensuring technical accuracy, driving consistency and leading cross-functional alignment to meet customer and business objectives. The Technical Lead will act as a subject matter expert, mentor team members, and guide decision-making rather than performing all day-to-day tasks. Supervisory Responsibilities: - Assists Plant Manager with hiring and training of new employees. - Schedules and oversees engineering, quoting and quality employees - Conducts timely and constructive performance evaluations.
