Job Summary: HOLT CAT in Longview Texas is looking for a experienced Undercarriage Shop Technician. The Undercarriage Technician, performs basic to moderate diagnosis and repairs on heavy construction equipment undercarriage in a shop environment. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development. Essential Functions: - Personally models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission Statement. - Performs basic repairs on equipment undercarriage and undercarriage components. - Operates undercarriage build-up and rebuild machines, and all tooling and machines used in undercarriage rebuilding. - Assists in disassembling, cleaning, inspections, repairs, and assembling undercarriage components. - Assists in evaluating, measuring, and monitoring of undercarriage conditions. - Works as a member of a team to provide basic technical and mechanic...
