Role Overview Sodexo is seeking an experienced Executive Chef 2 to lead culinary operations at McLaren Greater Lansing in Lansing, MI . This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, nutritious, and patient-centered meals while ensuring compliance with healthcare safety and sanitation standards. The Executive Chef leads culinary teams, drives menu innovation, supports patient satisfaction initiatives, and partners closely with operations and clinical teams to enhance the overall dining experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with healthcare or high-volume culinary experience and a passion for quality, service, and continuous improvement.
