Job Description The Opportunity: The David B. O’Maley College of Business invites applications for a non-tenure track faculty member (open rank) appointment to serve as the Director of the Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship (CIE). This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to advance innovation, venture creation, and entrepreneurial education while building strong connections with students, alumni, industry, and the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem. About the Role: Reporting to the Dean, the CIE Director will oversee the Center’s programs, partnerships, and outreach efforts. The CIE Director will develop student-centered programming, foster cross-campus collaboration, manage the Center’s portfolio of activities, and strengthen industry engagement. As a non-tenure track faculty member, there is limited expectation of scholarly research, but there will be a requirement to teach a reduced load of undergraduate and graduate courses in entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation.
