Lead Group Product Manager, Workforce Insights and Planning

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role. - 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership. - 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.). Preferred qualifications: - 10 years of experience in people leadership role, leading, mentoring, and growing high-performing product management teams in an environment that practices modern product discovery techniques (Dual Track Agile, Opportunity Solution Trees, etc.). - Experience in product management with financial planning/workforce planning enterprise products at scale. - Experience making prioritization decisions and allocating resources to deliver business impact through complex, large-scope strategic investments. - Proficiency in preparing effective presentations and communicating to high-level audiences, managing pushback. - Ability to understand and utilize AI/ML foundations, including ethical development and AI-powered product lifecycles.
