The Role: The Team Leader - Settlement Support provides day-to-day leadership, coaching and operational oversight for the Settlement Support Team. This role balances hands-on file handling with responsibility for team performance, workflow allocation, capability development and service excellence. The Team Leader ensures that all settlements, lodgements and post settlement activities are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with service level expectations, while maintaining the high-quality client experience that SettleIT is known for.
