Responsibilities: Operational & Client Engagement: Manage the financing of multimillion-dollar factoring transactions over a six-month period Develop essential knowledge of Daylit's financial products within the working capital solutions domain Work directly with the COO on operational initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in scaling workflows and improving the customer journey through innovative fintech solutions Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring responsive and effective resolutions.
