Jo Mercer is a proudly Australian operated women's' footwear retailer operating within the domestic market for over 20 years. Our reputation as market leaders has been built on our premium fashion range of footwear and accessories, supported by an exceptional customer experience both in store and online. We are looking for a full-time "can do" person with a bubbly personality and a "what's next" attitude to join our Customer Service team based in the office at South Yarra (quick walk from South Yarra station, or trams). This is a team of 2, so we're looking for someone who can get along easily with others, is a team player and enjoy assisting customers. Who are you ?: - You love variety for you thrive on multitasking. - You're confident on the phone when challenged by difficult customers. - You have previous experience handling customers either in-store or online. - It would be advantageous if you're computer savvy, especially with Excel, and knowledge of Retail Express (REX) and Zendesk would be advantageous. - Great integrity with a willingness to help.
