Job description

1st Shift Facilities III, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Salary Range: $21.50-$28.94. What's the Short Version?: The Facilities III, DC is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. They also perform general maintenance and janitorial duties as needed. What Will You Be Doing?: - Perform minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment. - Perform preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis; inspect belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, grease bearings, seals, etc.; repair or replace broken parts. - Coordinate external contractors/vendors involved in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of building systems. - Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures. - Comply with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements; maintain all required HAZMAT records including maintenance. - Respond in a professional and timely manner to management and internal customer inquiries and researches and resolves problems related to a facil...
