Director - Sales & Business Development Work Location –: Overland: Park,: KS (Onsite job, with Traveling to client locations for onsite meetings) Responsibilities: Identify new prospects and manage accounts throughout entire sales process: Identify/qualify, contact, presentation, customer relationship development, negotiate, close, manage ongoing customer relationship post-sell. Drive: presentation of technical solutions to end client Understanding: of technology (e.g., Big Data/BI, AI/ML Technologies, Cloud, QA & Testing, DevOps, MS Stack, etc.) along with industry knowledge, competitive landscapes, and customer requirements. Meet: monthly and quarterly sales objectives. Provide: accurate weekly sales forecasts and results. Qualifications & Experience: 8+ years’ experience selling IT Services / Targeted Solutions in areas such as projects, managed services, and professional services to mid – large customers Excellent: computer skills and strong business acumen with a good understanding of popular data and applications technologies Capable: of managing the full sales cycle including lead generation, qualifying, negotiating, and closing.
