About the Role: Public's Customer Experience team is looking for a licensed, client-focused Member Support Specialist who's passionate about helping people navigate their financial lives with confidence. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of finance and technology: you'll be a trusted resource for our members while partnering closely with teams across the company to continuously improve the Public experience.
