Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week Role Overview: This associate-level role partners closely with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) to support the execution of core HR processes and initiatives. The role is heavily focused on operational excellence, process coordination, and data-driven support across talent management, compensation, and employee lifecycle activities. This position plays a critical role in ensuring HR programs are executed efficiently, accurately, and on time, while supporting business leaders with insights and seamless HR service delivery. What You’ll Do: - Partner with HRBPs to execute HR programs, initiatives, and cyclical processes aligned to business and talent strategies - Serve as a key operational support layer ensuring processes run smoothly, on time, and with high accuracy - Execute core administrative and transactional HR activities with strong attention to detail - Coordinate logistics including scheduling, tracking deliverables, and managing follow-ups - Support compensation planning processes including data consolidation and reporting for department head and executive (EMC) reviews - Coordinate and consolidate promotion and salary...
