Job description

Overview The Quality Control Team Member ensures that products and materials meet established quality standards through careful inspection and testing. Responsibilities: (To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.) - Examine materials, components, and finished products at various stages of production to identify defects or deviations from specifications - Accurately document inspection results, including any defects or non‑conformities identified - Communicate inspection findings and report quality issues to Supervisors and Production staff in a timely manner - Provide recommendations for process improvements based on quality data, inspection results, and observations - Follow all safety rules, procedures, and required personal protective equipment (PPE) standards - Demonstrate knowledge of safety equipment and company safety policies - Maintain a clean, organized work area by practicing 5S standards; ensure workstations, tools, and gauges are properly maintained - Follow all work orders and instructions provided by Supervisors and Management - Actively participate as a member...
