Job Title: Campus Production Director Ministry /Department : Production: Reports to: Technical Director: Status: Full -t ime , exempt Supervisory Role: No: Objective: To create a distraction - free worship environment where all people can discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ. Key Responsibilities: - Work with the worship gatherings team and campus team to plan and execute weekly worship services and big momentum events with excellence - Responsible for recruiting, training and maintaining serve staff team - Maintain Planning Center Online service plans and schedules - Communicate vision for the upcoming weekend experience to serve staff - Program lighting and media content for weekend services - Rehearse necessary elements of service to ensure a distraction-free experience - Coordinate with campus team members on service elements and transitions - Execute high quality, distraction-free worship services with serve staff team - Find areas for improvement in programming and execution of services and events - Identify, troubleshoot and solve technical issues that may occur - Maintain production team equipment and software - Attend and contribute to central, campus and o...
